How to set the line status in the Orchestration Pause rule

Summary:

We have a scenario where we want to first the step of the orchestration to be a Pause with manual release only. The sales orders get created with all lines in 1 ship set.

When some lines in the ship set get cancelled, we are noticing the remaining lines are showing cancellation pending status.

How do we set the line status of the lines in the pause rule to ensure the remaining lines do not go under cancellation pending when some lines in the ship set are getting cancelled?
