SLA Supporting references are not working as expected (accounts entry)

Regarding receivables journal entries, the supporting reference settings do not work as expected. We are unable to determine the cause and would appreciate your assistance.

Supporting references Setting:
Supporting references are set up for the event class "Invoice". The Source field was set to "Transaction Line Flexfield Attribute 1".

Issue:
The issue is with the accounting entries for receivables that were transferred from PPM to AR. Accounting Classes "Accounts Receivable/Outstanding Balances" and "Tax" line items are missing the support reference value. (The "Revenue" line item does have the support reference value.)

  • Please advise how to set the value of INTERFACE_LINE_ATTRIBUTE1 in RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LIN_ID as the support reference for the "Accounts Receivable/Outstanding Balances" and "Tax" line items.
