Mass assigning Goals - Source vs Assigned by

Summary:

In responsive, when we mass assign goals to employees, they appear with a source of ‘HR Specialist’. I believe this is due to the value entered in the ‘Available to’ field on the Goal. I also believe that this field uses the lookup ‘HRG_GOAL_ASGN_SOURCE_TYPE’ to define the values available.

In Redwood, we have created the goal with the same values, but the Goal is appearing on employee records with an ‘Assigned by’ field which shows the name of the person that created the Mass assign process (not the person that actually ran the mass assign process).
