When an absence Final Disbursement is zero, should it be displayed?

edited Sep 5, 2025 8:55PM in Workforce Management

When a worker is terminated and their Final Disbursement for annual leave is zero (nothing due to be paid or recovered), should we expect to see " Final Disbursement: 0" in the Accrual Plan Balance area? We seem to have had inconsistencies - sometimes there is no Final Disbursement line there and sometimes it is there with a zero amount, but we're not clear on what is expected, so when there is no line showing, it creates concern that it just hasn't been triggered (as at that point, we don't realise that it's a nil final disbursement).

Is anyone able to clarify the expected behaviour?
