time change request errors-- System is giving the wrong quantity

Summary:

Change requests are being submitted for a normal shift. After the manager approves the change request and it goes to the time card the quantity is receiving an additional 24 hours.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Employee punched in at 7:57 AM and failed to punch out. Per local law, they requested a change request to put in their punch out time for 5pm for manager approval. Here is a picture of the change request from the employee's view

This what I see after it has been approved

Here is how it shows on the time card. 33.05 hours is 24 hours MORE than the punch in to punch out quantity. We have this happening for at least 30 employees and we don't know why.
