Receiving Error Response during RestAction Error on Redwood Load Time Card Batches screen

Summary:

Our Payroll Administrator users and Payroll Manager user received the "Error response during RestAction" error message and the mouse kept spinning on the Load Time Card Batches screen when they tried to rollback the failed record.

The Payroll Manager role does have these privileges but the error message still displayed for them when they tried to rollback the record.
