Absence Approval Diagnostic Log – Color Indicators

Hello All,

Kindly note that we have opened a new instance, and when an absence is submitted by any employee, we need to review which approval roles are correct for this employee, which role is triggered, and the corresponding approval path.

In another instance, we are able to compare the roles using color indicators:

• Red → The condition is not correct for this employee or request.
• Green → The condition is correct for this employee, and the approval path starts accordingly.

However, in this new instance, all absence roles are showing in gray only, as per the screenshot below.

Could you please advise how we can enable the color display in the diagnostic log?
