Issue with Rating Level Calculation in Performance Evaluation

Hello All,
We have created a rating model for the performance evaluation, and the review points are attached for your reference.
However, we noticed an issue with the calculation:
- For Rating Level 5, the defined points range is 91–100.
- In the attached screenshot, the employee evaluated themselves with a score of 96, but the system is showing the rating level as 4 instead of 5.
- Currently, employees only receive Rating Level 5 if they score exactly 100, which is not correct.
Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Could you please advise how we can fix this so the system reflects the correct rating level for all employees?
