Can we maintain documents in folders for lead and opportunity

Summary:

Basically, we want a functionality like when the lead or Opportunity is created, some specific folders should be automatically created where we can store the documents of that specific lead or opportunity in that folders. And also where will be placeholder for the folders can be maintained. And we want the functionality which is other than attachment
