Skills and qualification - Bug with Educational Level standard field in Redwood

Hello experts,
we are facing an issue regarding the usage of the content type Education Level in Redwood.
Basically, we are using one of the standard lookup of the content type (the Completed label) to track if the employee has completed or not the level of education.

During the creation of the record, the field is visible and we can choose the option (eg. YES). Once that the record has been submitted then the field is visible but it is blank. Only by clicking on Edit then the values reappears.

I underline that we are using seeded role as Administrator.
