Privileges to create custom employee role for absences only

Summary:

The business requires a custom employee role for employees to manage only their absence records. We have already set the absence record maintenance permissions in the attributes of the absence type, and now need to know which privileges are required to create the custom employee role.

We are using Redwood and the employee will navigate to absences via Me/My Activity Center.
