Automation of Development Goal Evaluation based on Training Status
We have a requirement to link 2 development goals to mandatory training courses that employees must complete. The goal evaluation rating should reflect the training status in the Performance evaluation as Completed, if the employee has successfully completed the training and Not Completed, if the training has not been completed.
We are looking for a way to automate this process, either by utilizing the output of the learning course or performing a mass upload of development goal evaluation after the document is created.
Please note that we are unable to use the Learning Goal feature, as some employees have already completed the training in the past, and retroactive tracking is required.
