ACA 1095-C report is not showing correct code in row 16

I am generating 1095-C for my client. We want to get code 2C in line 16 of 1095-C report. In the ACA spreadsheet, I have entered 1E for all months in line 14, gave the amount in line 15 and entered 2C for all months in line 16 but in the 1095-C report pdf, the value in line 16 is coming out to be 2H. How can I get 2C in line 16 instead of 2H?
