Eelective Disbursement
Summary:
Dear all,
We have a requirement that Two different Category of employees allowed to Cash-out(as a deduction) their PTO hours and donate it to Foundation for Tax Exemptions.
While first category of employee can opt for such cash-out any time of the year, but other category of employee can cash-out only twice a year.
We are exploring ICP and Elective Disbursment option to achieve this requirement.
As I am new to elective disbursement feature looking for your guidance and suggestions here.
If anyone has used Elective Disbursement feature and can the share guidance on how this works and what setups would be required, will be a great help!!
