Evaluate as a manager option not available in redwood performance document page

Hi All,

We are unable to see Evaluate as a Manager and Evaluate as an employee option in Redwood Performance documents page.

PFA screenshot.

The document has been the same - FY 2025 Q3. This document worked for one employee in other Country.

I searched and selected an employee in other country, its not working.

I even deleted the document for the issue employee, and then recreated it. Still its not giving the option to Evaluate as an employee/manager.

Please help
