Rate Inquiry (RIQ) not returning results for Order Release Refnum-based rates in OTM

Hi ,

We are facing an issue where RIQ results are not being returned for rates that are configured to use Order Release Reference Number (Refnum) as the Rate Basis (condition).

Observation: The Rate Inquiry (RIQ) screen does not provide any option to input the Order Release Refnum.
Actual Behavior: RIQ does not return any results when the rate basis is defined as Order Release Refnum.
Expected Behavior: RIQ results should be populated for rates based on Order Release Refnum.

Could you kindly help us understand how we can retrieve the RIQ details for rates that are configured with Order Release Refnum as the rate basis?
