How can an Employee disagree on the performance rating

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where Employees should get an option to disagree on the ratings they have received. We have enabled 'Acknowledge' task for Employee when the Manager shares the rating. But we don't see an option to disagree on the rating received. The expectation is to send the document back to Manager for further review of the ratings based on Employee's justification. How can we achieve this?
