Put customer on automatic hold after being delinquent for 60 days

Using advanced collections we want to put a customer on an automatic hold if their oldest transaction is 60 days or greater overdue. How can this be accomplished?

Scenario:

AR Transaction is 61 days overdue, system puts customer on an automatic hold until transaction is paid or user manually releases customer from hold.
