We are looking to have a date field added under the basic details of one of our benefit enrollments

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Looking to have a date field added to our LTD enrollment to be able to feed through the LTD Coverage Enrollment Date from a previous system for employee's that were active prior to when we went live with Oracle. Screenshot below of where we would like to add this. I am not sure if there is a flex field available that would allow to create a date field on this page.

Would like to add a date flex field under Basic Details of the LTD Enrollment.
