Referencing a DFF from two different pages

Is it possible to reference two DFFs in different pages?

For example:

DFF1 - configured inside Talent Ratings page
DFF2 - configured inside Development Goals page but hidden initially. Visibility is depending on DFF1's value.

When DFF1's selected value is 'Talent', only then DFF2 will be visible in the Development Goal page.

Is it possible to achieve this?
