The Line Manager should receive an FYI notification without an attachment for few Absence Types

Summary:

We want to hide attachments for Line managers FYI notifications. We have requirements for certain leave types where HR admins will approve and need attachments to review but Line managers are marked as FYI and we would not like them to view sensitive information in attachments like medical reports etc.

Current Behavior
The Line Manager will receive the notification along with the attachment.
Expected Behavior
The Line Manager should receive an FYI notification without the attachment.
Business Requirement:
If an employee submits a leave request through Self-Service, HR team is et to approver.The Line Manager should receive an FYI notification without an attachment for some Absence Types, and with an attachment for others, depending on the type.
