How to identify the first start Time of the day on the time cards?

Summary:

We are using the regular timecard processing formula and we have a requirement that we want to capture start time of the first regular punch of the day. Please check the image below we have 2 regular punches and one meal punch. our requirement is to read the start time of the punch and decide which shift the punch falls into. But the way regular timecard formula works we want to be able to classify the 2nd regular punch on the basis of the start time of the first punch. so if the first regular hours are in first shift
