I just want to understand a bit on the routing failed error - Travel statistics for specified travel keys is missing.

We have an activity with postal code 54001 and a respective field technician for which we have provided the work zone postal code 54001. Yet when we try to route the activity we are getting the error Travel statistics for specified travel keys is missing. Can some one help to understand why this error is occuring and what needs to be done to resolve this error and route it properly ?
