Daily Cap Limit for Time Entry

Summary:

We have a requirement to ensure daily cap limit of time entry is 999 hours. I see that WFM_PERIOD_MAXIMUM_TIME_ENTRY_RULE can achieve this but I am not sure what are the sequence of action for achieving this? Also, when I try to create the WFM_PERIOD_MAXIMUM_TIME_ENTRY_RULE, value set paramater is blank. Can someone provide guidance on how the value set can be created (assuming I don't need to write the code from scratch)?

And then also after creating the rule, what other setups need to be updated…
