How can we fetch leave balances as of current date in reports instead of the last calculation date.

Summary:

We have developed a Leave Balance Report that currently fetches balance details based on the last calculation date. Our requirement is to fetch the balances as of the current date, similar to what is displayed in the HCM frontend. However, we are unable to achieve this because the plan term start and end dates are not available in any tables. Could you please advise on how to fetch current date leave balances in reports, and whether there is a table or view that provides the required plan term details (or an alternate approach)?
