linking payroll elements

Hello everyone, we want to create compensation plans for our customers in which the salary and bonus are returned to “My Compensation.” We have created the link as shown in the attached screenshot.

This works and appears as a new salary. However, we are having problems with the bonus. Are there any special considerations when linking this to “My Compensation”?
We have also tried using the payroll elements, but even then nothing is transferred.
