Has anyone encountered this type of random error pop-up? Do you know the meaning?

User is getting application error randomly when navigating back to home page from Planning, PIM, Work Order Execution and Work Definition work areas. Indicates an application error and pops-up on user's screen randomly on occasion. Can't figure out what is causing the issue. Any thoughts are appreciated.
