Issue Submitting Performance Self Evaluation

Hi Everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue where I cannot submit my self-evaluation as an employee. After completing everything and attempting to submit, nothing happens; the page doesn't exit and remains on the form. This isn't just happening with my 2025 performance configuration; it also occurs with previous evaluations, including 2024.

I've raised a SR because I initially thought it was a problem with my system. I cleared the cache and cookies, but the issue persists. Have you anyone encountered the same problem?
