Need Help with Person Changes Life Event Fast Formula for Hire

Summary:
This formula’s purpose is to only trigger the New Hire LE for Employees and not Contingent Workers or Nonworkers.
The fast formula is not triggered whether we used table PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M or PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE in the Person Change configuration. We’ve tried both shown below:
**Please note, if we do not use a Fast formula, the life event New Hire triggers for employees, contingent workers and nonworkers.
