Has anyone configured this requirement in CoreHR described below ?

Restricting access to compensation and salary info among HR such that they can cannot see salary/compensation info of other HR folks but can see salary/comp info of own and other non-HR folks. How can we achieve this requirement ? Do we have to restrict this at Data access level ?
