Pending worker is not able to access the Identification Application task

Summary:

Pending worker is not able to access the Identification Application task

can't access to the section and when I click on the application task it returns me this error:

"You can't access this task because you either don't have access or the task is no longer available. Contact your HR representative or line manager. (PER-1532343)"

How can I solve it?
