ICP Approval Rule shows first approval correct on Assignees but dont show approval List /History

Summary:

Hello Team,

Any one faced an issue with ICP approval rule(Manage Personal Contributions) , in Trasnaction Console shown in progress and column Assignee show the correct 1st approver in the rule, but when click on the Transaction to show the approvals list  , its blank !!

Any inputs on how to resolve this ?
