Enable notifications in email for compensation plan approvals

Summary:

Compensation Plan set up is as below:

  1. In the Configure Global Settings page : Notifications section - All are set to disable
  2. Compensation plan set up : Approvals and Notifications - For e.g. below options are set as Notify

Worksheet Submitted
Worksheet Returned for Correction
Worksheet Approved by Higher Manager
Worksheet Withdrawn
Worksheet Overridden by Another Manager

The requirement is to have compensation plan worksheet approvals should come in both bell icon notifications and also in email.

Q1 : How we can achieve notifications in email so that manger can directly approve in email click (say email service provider is Outlook)?
