How to determine the Value Set behind the Project Number LOV component on the Expense Item Page

I have a requirement to modify the Project list of values on the Expenses page….

I have opened in a sandbox and navigated Tools > Page Composer > Structure before clicking on the Project Number field…


I am unable to display attributes as the 'Edit' option is disabled…


The question is how can I access?
