Suggested role by manager and HR

in Career and Succession

Hi,

we have enabled the new Redwood pages, including the Grow page, which replaces the Career Development page for employees. However, HR and managers could also access the Career Development page (there is no Grow page for them now).

So my question is, how do HR and managers suggest roles to employees?

Should managers use the “add to role of interest” action on the non-Redwood “Find Best Fit Job” page?
