Populate the Value after Save

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

When we convert the pending worker/Hire an worker Manually and while adding the CTC breakup ICP, values are not populating in the real run. But when it is submitted, we can see the values in by going to element entries. We would need the values to populate after save.

But in the Responsive UI, after adding the ICP plan and after clicking ok, the values are getting populated. We would require same mechanism in Redwood as well. How to achieve it?
