Divorce Decree certification issue

Summary:

We are encountering an issue related to the divorce life event. Previously, when an employee created a divorce life event, a pending action item was generated requesting the "Divorce Decree" as the certification document. However, we have recently observed that the system is now requesting the "Domestic Partner Affidavit" document instead.
