Journey is not being assigned to worker - error "The person is not eligible because of Assignment"
Summary:
We have a journey that auto assigns based off the event that a worker changes their last name. This journey has an eligibility profile with one criteria, that Legal Entity = "ABC".
This journey successfully auto assigns for multiple people but there is one person does not get assigned the journey even though they are in Legal Entity "ABC". The Journeys Console says the checklist is ineligible and the Error Details show "The person is not eligible because of Assignment Type".
If we remove the eligibility profile, then the person is assigned the journey successfully. However, this person is successfully assigned other journeys with the same eligibility profile.
