Miscellaneous receipt via SOAP web service after 25C Patch is failing

After applying 25C Patch , Misc receipt creation is failing . When MiscellaneousReceiptDistributionsService is not provided , the upload is failing .

TDocumentation says , Receipt distribution service is not required . Can someone help
