Import objects are not available in Import Mangement

As a sales administrator- the user needs to perform import activities for various objects. Lead, Opportunity, Account etc.

But after navigating to the Import management, the user is not able to see the Sales Lead object or any of the objects in Import Management.

The application is using the custom copy(Copy top role and inherited roles) of the OOTB job role- Sales Administrator.

Still from the application none of the objects are shown in the Import Objects tab under the Import management.

In case for Importing the leads, the job role have the duty MKL_SALES_LEAD_PROCESSING_DUTY_CUSTOM;
