Redwood Performance Document Admin page

Filter Limitations Issue: Cannot take action on a document until the document has been identified in the performance document filter. User confusion because documents do appear when you select the period, status and manager, however, until you actually include the exact document title in the filters, you can perform actions on the document (move forward, back etc). Is anyone else having this issue?
