two WHT tax regimes: CIS and PSC,while for PSC we do not want a tax authority invoice to be generate

Summary:

I have two WHT tax regimes: CIS and PSC. For CIS, we require the system to generate a tax authority invoice, while for PSC we do not want a tax authority invoice to be generated.

Solution which is configured that we will do end tax authority supplier in manage tax configuration is not working now.

I have check couples of other option.

1.Manage Tax Reporting and Withholding Tax Options setup, this assignment is defined at the Business Unit level and not at the Tax Regime level. As a result, the configuration is common for both regimes, and we are unable to separate the behavior.
