Employees Pending Checklist for offboarding sent to wrong approval

Hello All,

We are facing an issue where an employee is retired and the employees pending checklist for offboarding is sent to line manager for approval and also for line manager's manager for approval. Ideally it should be only going for Line Manager for Approval and an FYI for 2nd level manager.

The Process Name is : Employment Checklist Allocated Task Composite. sharing the screenshot below. This task doesn't have any Configure Rules. How can we make the changes to this Approval?

Anshu Bais is the Employee's Line Manager and the above screenshot shows the correct transaction. But again this checklist approvals goes for 2nd Level Manager below which should not happen and only an FYI should be triggered.
