Unable to view Absence Types LOV in Absences and Entitlements redwood page as Admin/HR

With the new redwood page Absences and Entitlements, we are unable to view any values in the drop down for Absence Types when a HR tries to add an absence.

The same can be done via responsive page: Absence Records.

Have gone through many posts and updated custom roles per the suggestion but this issue still persists. Even if we add seeded roles such as Human Capital Management Integration Specialist to see if it works, the issue persists.

Please advise.
