25C Validate More Charges and Charge Components Profile Option

Summary:

Hi Experts,
For the 25C feature Validate More Charges and Charge Components, we have created the profile option FOM_VALIDATE_CHARGES_FULFILLMENT_RESPONSE, but it is not available to be added in the Manage Order Profiles task.
Can anyone provide information on how to do so? Is it the same as adding it in Manage Administrator Profile Values?

Also, for testing purposes, we have the following setups:
1. Only 1 ChargeDefinitionCode that equals QP_SALE_PRICE
2. Multiple active discount list for the item
Result: no error message was reflected after submitting the order and the 2 discount charges are available on the amount.
