Redwood: Mass sharing goals triggers Performance goals assigned notification

Summary:

Hello,

When we proceed with a Mass sharing of goals the employees receive a notification for Performance goals assigned.

Mass sharing a goal should not trigger this type of notification since the goal is just shared.

Additionally when clicking on the link from the notification the employee is redirected to the My Goals page.

Correct behaviour:

System should propose these behaviours: An alert composer notification for sharing/mass sharing that can be enabled/disabled. If enabled the notification should be called Performance Goal(s) shared and the hyperlink Go to Goal Center should redirect to the Explore page not
