Impact of parallel transactions from core and compensation
Hello everyone,
We are currently implementing Workforce Compensation and are wondering what the following effects will be:
- A “Change Salary” has been made in Core and is still in the approvals. At the same time, the salary is being adjusted via the compensation plan. Will there be an error, or what will the impact be?
- What would happen if we changed the “grade” in Core and this was also adjusted in parallel in the plan? Will there be an error, or what will the impact be?
Of course, this also affects other transactions from Core that are related to a compensation plan.
