Getting ERROR while creating single attribute timecard field

We have a custom Single Assignment Timecard Field on a seeded “Assignment” time attribute (see screenshot 1 below). Where we have two custom valuesets both Filtered and unfiltered (you can find details below).

we added following value (as per the requirement) on "*Value Column Name" in my value set. I was able to save value set with no problem.

a.assignment_number||'|'||g.name||'|'||d.name||'|'||a.****_ATTRIBUTE13||'|'||a.****_ATTRIBUTE17||'|'||****_ATTRIBUTE18

Note:it’s concatenation of Assignment, Grade, Department, and 3 DFF items from timecard.

But when I create single timecard attribute field for assingment. then I get this error "
