Anniversary accrual bonus

Summary:

Our accrual plans are front loaded each year in January. For example someone with 0-1 year of LoS, accrued 105 hours. When they reach 1 year, it becomes 150 hours. When they reach 5 years, it should become 195 hours.

the catch is when employee hits the 1 year (anniversary date), there should be a special bonus given. The calculation for that is difference between new accrual rate and old one. So it will be 150-105 once employee reaches 1 year. The expectation is that these 45 hours are added on the date employee hits 1 year.

Is this achievable via plan setup? If not, please specify how to achieve this I.e. what fast formula?
