Request for Alternate Process to Delete TPO Line
Hello,
We need to delete or cancel a TPO item within a Sales Order (SO). The SO line status is currently set to “Scheduled”.
The related Purchase Order (PO) has already been cancelled, and we can no longer switch it back to “Open” status.
The expected process should have been:
- Cancellation of the TPO line in the SO, which would have automatically triggered the PO cancellation.
Since this step was missed, we now need an alternate process to cancel the TPO line.When attempting to cancel it, the following error message appears:
Order Management can't process fulfillment line 3-1, for item TPO0001 because the orchestration process isn't on a wait step or it doesn't respond.
